On October 17th and 18th we held a "Dig Pink" event - raising money for breast cancer research and awareness. The event was successful raising over $3,300 for the cause.
All the participating teams wore pink warm-up shirts.
We went 1-2 on the weekend. We lost to a tough and tall Bates team, 0-3 on Friday. We played much better on Saturday but fell short against a solid Bowdoin team. We were able to leave the gym victorious after playing well against Colby College in our final match of the weekend.
Everyone played hard and it was great weekend all around.
The Bantams are now 11-10 on the year.
