On September 21st, we played a match against Western CT State University and we designated it our "Digs for Dogs" (and cats) match-- a fundraising event to benefit the CT Humane Society. We raised money and held a Pet Food Drive at the match. It was a huge success!! And we even had a few furry friends in the stands cheering us on!
Not only did we raise a lot of money to help the animals, we also won the match!! We beat a very strong Western CT team in 3 straight sets. It was a good night for the Bantams...and the cats and dogs!

We raised over $1100 for the CT Humane Society and collected enough food for over 200 pet meals!!
